Delivery & Shipping

Our shipping partner DHL delivers your order directly to your home: fast and reliable.

With DHL Standard – The delivery time is usually 3-5 business days.

The delivery costs are for an order value under 30 €3,90 €, from an order value of 30 € your delivery is free of shipping costs.

Yes by means of the tracking code sent to you via email. Simply click on

and paste the code.

When you need to replace an item

Return and exchange

After placing an order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 7 working days without giving any reason.

The delivered goods must be returned in perfect condition, functional, complete and in original packaging, stating the invoice number.

If the above conditions are not met, we will charge a handling fee of XX €

The right of return begins with the receipt of the goods by the customer.

It shall also bear the costs of the return shipment. The right of return applies only to unopened original packaging.

The right of return generally excludes items with discounts as well as those that have been specially made at the customer’s request.

If the customer has returned the goods properly and in due time, the customer will receive a credit note from Top Caredent GmbH or a replacement delivery upon request.

Liability for damages is excluded in accordance with the statutory provisions.
In particular, Top Caredent GmbH is not liable for damages caused by improper use or natural wear and tear, as well as for damages that did not occur to the delivery item itself (consequential damages).
