Our delivery options at a glance:

Germany:

DHL Standard – delivery time 3-5 working days – delivery costs for an order value below 30 € is 3,50 €, above an order value of 30 € delivery is free of shipping costs.

DHL Express- delivery time for an order until 12 o’clock the following day – delivery costs regardless of the order total always 8.95 €.

We reserve the right not to offer the shipping services beyond a standard delivery method at all or only to a limited extent.

Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg:

DHL Standard – delivery time 5-8  working days – delivery costs (shipping fee) are 15,90 €.

Shipping costs (only valid within Germany):

Save the shipping costs for standard shipping now! From an order total of 30 euros (the order total is the subtotal minus all discounts), your order will be delivered within Germany by our delivery service free of shipping costs directly to your home. Please note that we can only maintain this service as long as we are not overcharged for splitting orders that have the same shipping address. For an order under 30 euros, we charge only 3.50 euros for standard shipping.

Once you have added your products to the shopping cart, if the order total is less than 30 euros, we will inform you about the amount you are still missing to save on shipping costs. Take advantage of this tip and simply add a little something extra to your shopping cart. It’s worth it!

Depending on the payment or delivery method you choose, additional costs may apply (e.g. for express delivery). In such a case, we will of course inform you separately of any additional costs before completing your order.

Within Germany, your order will be delivered directly to your home within 3-5 business days.

Express delivery (only possible within Germany)

You choose express delivery and order Monday-Friday before 12 noon:
Your goods will leave our warehouse the same day to be delivered to you by our express service provider by 12 noon the next business day.

You choose express delivery and order Monday-Thursday after 12 noon:
Your goods will leave our warehouse on the following working day at the latest in order to be delivered to you by our express service provider by 12 noon on the working day after next.

You choose express delivery and order Friday after 12 noon:
Your goods will leave our warehouse on Monday at the latest in order to be delivered to you by our express service provider on Tuesday by 12 noon.

Please note that from the moment of delivery to the express service provider, we can no longer influence the course of the goods. Therefore, we can only guarantee timely delivery to the express service provider.

With us you can order for only 8.95 euros by express. Please note: This amount will be charged even if an order would be free of shipping costs according to the usual shipping model. Moreover, delivery by express is only possible in mainland Germany.

Public holidays and holidays that vary within Germany also affect the delivery date of your order and result in a postponement of delivery by two working days following the holiday.

Delivery to a DHL packing station  (only possible within Germany)

You like to order, but are rarely at home to receive your package? Then simply have your order sent to one of the 2,500 DHL Packstations across Germany and pick up your package when it fits your schedule – easily via mobile Tan (mTan) and customer card, and 24 hours a day. The mTan required for shipment pickup will be sent to you automatically via SMS when your shipment is delivered to the Packstation.

How do I select a Packstation as the delivery address?

Selecting a DHL Packstation as delivery address is quite simple. All you have to do is tick “Delivery to a DHL packing station” under “Delivery address” during the order process and fill in the following additional input fields:

  • PostNumber” field: Enter your Packstation customer number here.
  • Packing station number” field: Enter the number of a packing station of your choice here. If you do not know the number or have not yet decided on a Packstation, you can use the search function to find all Packstations in your area including the corresponding numbers.
  • Zip code” and “City” fields: Please enter the location of the selected Packstation and the corresponding postal code.

2. how can I search for a packing station?

If you do not know where the nearest Packstation is located in your area or do not know the number of your Packstation, then simply use our “Search for Packstations” function, which is located below the address form.

Now simply enter a street name and the corresponding postal code and click on the “Search Packstation” button. Then you will receive a list of all packing stations in the vicinity, sorted by distance. Now select a packing station and confirm your choice by clicking the “Apply” button. The address details are now automatically transferred to the corresponding address fields.

4. How will I be informed about the receipt of a shipment?

As soon as your order arrives at the packing station you selected, you will be informed by SMS.

5. what happens if my order cannot be delivered to a packing station?

In order for an order to be delivered to a Packstation, the package must have a minimum size of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and must not exceed a maximum size of 60 x 35 x 35 cm. If shipments are too small, too large or too bulky to be delivered to a DHL Packstation, they are automatically redirected to a post office. Incidentally, automatic redirection to a post office branch also takes place if a Packstation is fully occupied.

If your order is redirected to a post office for any of the above reasons, you will be notified immediately by SMS where you can pick up your shipment.

By when do I have to pick up my shipment at the Packstation?

Your shipments will be held for you in a Packstation for up to 9 calendar days. In addition to the notification via SMS about the arrival of your shipment, you will receive a first reminder via the same channel 48 hours later, as well as another reminder shortly before the expiry of the storage period.

For a delivery to a packing station, the payment methods credit card, PayPal and voucher card are available.

Please also note: Deliveries to a Packstation cannot be paid by invoice or direct debit.

We would like to point out that both very low and very high outside temperatures may cause a loss of quality in certain products.

Delivery to a post office (DHL Post Office Direct)

With the DHL parcel service “Postfiliale Direkt” you can use another convenient option for the delivery of your parcels. If you do not have a Packstation nearby, you have the option of having your parcels delivered directly to a post office of your choice.

The only requirement to use the desired branch: You must register at the post office or at www.paket.de. Registered Packstation customers can be activated for the service

Your shipment will be stored for seven business days at the branch of your choice. If you have not picked up your shipment within the storage period, it will be returned to the sender.

Upon presentation of your DHL customer card (Goldcard) and your official photo ID, you can pick up your shipment at the branch of your choice.
